About Spectrum Party

Spectrum Party is a free online party game about reading minds on a spectrum. One player sees a hidden target somewhere between two opposites — Cold and Hot, Overhyped and Underappreciated — and gives a single clue. Their team turns the dial; the other team bets on left or right. It works best with friends on a video call or around one table with everyone on their own phone.

Why we built it

Spectrum-guessing games are some of the best party games ever made, but playing one remotely usually means screen-sharing a physical dial or keeping score on paper. We wanted a version that runs in any browser, needs no account, and handles turns, catch-up rules and scoring automatically.

Free, supported by ads

The game is free and will stay free. We show a small number of ads on content pages and between rounds — never on the dial while you are guessing.

Our cards

Every one of our spectrum cards is written by us. Spectrum Party is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by CMYK Games or the makers of Wavelength®.
